Across his career, Frank has served as a key contributor, owner or senior executive in five companies — each successfully grown and transitioned through strategic acquisition to buyers including IBM, Genesys and ConvergeOne. Post-acquisition, Frank remained involved at the enterprise level, playing an active role in strategic M&A planning, integration activities and inorganic revenue growth initiatives.

He is recognized for designing and executing go-to-market strategies, developing high-performing sales engines and fostering client relationships that translate into long-term revenue and enterprise value. His work consistently bridges commercial strategy, market expansion, client engagement and executive-level advisory — with a focus on positioning organizations for successful exit outcomes.
Frank holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
