Cameron brings experience across real estate financial analysis and development, combining strong technical modelling capabilities with a result-driven mindset.
Cameron began his career at SmartCentres REIT, where he supported the development team across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects. In this role, he built and maintained complex development pro formas, conducted acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment analyses, and prepared financial reports for internal stakeholders. His work contributed to the strategic planning of multiple development projects across Ontario.
Cameron holds a Master of Sports Management and Leadership from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto.
