Shane has worked with companies ranging from startups to large conglomerates in a diverse set of roles. Shane’s curiosity, ambition and growth mindset have provided him with the skillset to support Clariti’s investment banking advisory business and our clients.

Shane began his career at a boutique corporate law firm in Montreal. He then moved to KPMG where he garnered significant experience in the firm’s Integration and Separation practice, supporting and advising clients with post-closing M&A integration.

Shane is very active in the startup and technology ecosystem; he is the current Vice-Chair of the investment review committee of the Southern Ontario Fund for Investment in Innovation and is a Venture Partner at Lalotte Ventures.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Guelph, a Juris Doctor from Queen’s Law School and an MBA from the Smith School of Business (Queen’s University).
