The founder of Clariti Strategic Advisors, Rahul provides his personal touch to every engagement. Prior to Clariti, he was an Operating Advisor with The Carlyle Group, a global alternative asset manager with US$260 billion of assets under management. Earlier, he was a senior executive with Celestica Inc., where he devised and executed the company’s non-organic growth and diversification strategy, and engineered a highly successful turnaround of Celestica’s multibillion-dollar Enterprise division, with full P&L responsibility.

His deeper background includes Head of Growth (Emerging) Markets investment and corporate banking with BMO Capital Markets and senior lawyer and partner at Davies, Ward & Beck (now Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg), where he focused on M&A and corporate finance.

A graduate of Cambridge University, Rahul has taught advanced corporate law and M&A at Queen’s University Law School and served as Policy Advisor to the Chairman and Executive Director of the Ontario Securities Commission. In addition to writing several papers on derivative products and innovative M&A financing techniques, he has acted as an expert witness in high-profile securities litigation matters.

Rahul has served as the Chair of the Board of Daisy Intelligence Corporation, a Toronto-based applied AI SaaS company and on the boards of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Covenant House Toronto. He currently sits on the board of HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions Inc.
