Kris supports Clariti’s strategic and investment banking advisory business, focusing on M&A and capital structure optimization.
Prior to joining Clariti, Kris began his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he held multiple positions within the corporate client payments department. His passion for macroeconomics and its influence on day-to-day life led to him pursue a role on the broker side at Merrill Lynch Canada, where he worked closely with the equities trading desk in Toronto. In this role, Kris worked with traders and clients around the globe to coordinate and ensure trades/orders were correctly filled in the Canadian market.
During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Kris was also the networking head on the Junior Professional Committee where he organized events involving interns and junior professionals across all departments of the bank. Through these experiences, Kris gained invaluable skills in learning how to navigate and work with different personalities, as well as individuals from the intern all the way to executive level.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University.
