With over a decade of experience in operations management, Emily possesses a wealth of expertise in driving business operations and fostering growth. Emily has expanded her learning and growth throughout her tenure with Clariti joining in 2021 as Operations Manager, subsequently progressing to the role of Director, Human Resources & Operations and now as Vice President, Human Resources & Operations. Prior to joining Clariti, she spent seven years as Operations Manager in the financial services industry at a Toronto-based boutique investment bank. This role equipped her with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills essential for efficiently managing operations in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University, providing her with a solid foundation in business principles. Her extensive experience, combined with her academic background, positions her as a valuable asset in her role as a leader overseeing human resources and operations at Clariti.
