Clariti Strategic Advisors™ (“Clariti”) is pleased to announce that Ms. Emily Cropper and Ms. Claire MacLeod have joined our firm in two very central and important roles.
Emily Cropper has joined us as Operations Manager. Emily will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations and “backbone” of the firm. Her areas of focus will include processes, accounting, human resources, and compliance and marketing operations. Emily comes to us with over 10 years of experience in operations management; the last seven of those were in an Operations Manager role in the financial services industry at another Toronto-based boutique investment bank. Emily has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Laurentian University.
Claire MacLeod has joined us as Manager, Research & Client Liaison. Claire will be working with our partners and associates on investor and counterparty research and outreach, developing targeted and meaningful investor/buyer/counterparty lists for specific capital raising, M&A and other advisory engagements. In her Client Liaison role, Claire will act as the initial contact point for investors/buyers/counterparties in connection with advisory engagements. Claire spent the last three years working in the financial services industry at another Toronto-based boutique investment bank, where she supported the investment banking team in an operational role. Claire has a Bachelor of Arts and Humanities degree from the University of Western Ontario, where she specialized in Women’s Studies and Media Information Technology.
