Clariti Strategic AdvisorsTM (“Clariti”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Emily Cropper to Vice President, Human Resources & Operations and Benjamin Lalonde to Associate.
Emily joined Clariti in early 2021 as Operations Manager and very quickly progressed to the role of Director, Human Resources & Operations. She will continue to take on even greater challenges and opportunities at Clariti in her new role, where she will have primary responsibility for all things operational and HR, including: hiring and management at the junior levels, management of the firm’s day-to-day operations and supporting Clariti in progressing towards its strategic goals.
Ben joined Clariti in late 2021 as Manager, Research and Client Liaison. He acted as the initial contact point for investors/buyers/counterparties in connection with advisory engagements, collaborating with team members on research and outreach on specific projects and engagements, and supported marketing and business development for the firm. Within a year Ben was promoted to Analyst and fulfilled his role as a key member of the team, gaining valuable transaction and project experience across a variety of industries.
